新型抗水抗油试验装置的研制

摘要 为了检测民用爆炸物品的抗水和抗油性能,设计了一种新型的抗水抗油试验装置,此套装置能够给压力容器加压,同时给容器内的介质提供热源。为验证此套试验装置的性能可靠性,用纯净水作为试验介质,进行了升温和保压验证试验。试验结果表明此套装置使用方便和性能可靠。 In order to detect the water-resistant and oil-resistant properties of civilian explosives, a new water-resistant and oil-resistant test device is designed, which can pressurize the pressure vessel and provide heat source to the medium in the container. In order to verify the performance reliability of the test device, the test results of temperature rise and pressure retention were carried out with pure water as the test medium. The test results show that the device is convenient to use and reliable in performance.
