摘要
根据水塔周围环境和结构特点,论述了爆破拆除工程方案的确定、参数设计及主要安全措施。针对钢混结构水塔钢筋密、壁薄的结构特点,预先开凿大尺寸导向窗,减少了爆破面积。为了减小爆破飞石有害效应,针对性进行防护排架的搭设;为了减小水塔塌落的触地振动,在倒塌位置预先铺设了缓冲层。通过多角度观察,结合爆破后的振动监测数据,各类爆破有害效应均在可控范围内,水塔爆破拆除达到了预期的效果,可为类似工程实践提供借鉴。
In order to complete the blasting demolition construction of a reinforced concrete structure water tower, the determination of blasting demolition project scheme, parameter design and main safety measures are discussed according to the surrounding environment and structural characteristics of the water tower. In view of the characteristics of steel reinforced concrete water tower with dense reinforcing bars and thin walls, large-size guide windows were cut in advance to reduce the blasting area. In order to reduce the harmful effect of blasting flying rocks, the protective bent was erected and the buffer layer was laid in advance in order to reduce the vibration of water tower collapse. Through multi-angle observation and combined with vibration monitoring data after blasting, all kinds of harmful effects of blasting are in a controllable range. The demolition of water tower by blasting has achieved the desired results, which can provide reference for similar engineering practice.
