摘要
针对当前煤矿开采过程中所产生的大量末煤和粉尘,提出冲击预裂开采工艺方法,以降低末煤和粉尘量的产生。设计一种用于冲击截齿工作的直线电磁柱塞泵液压冲击系统,为采掘设备上的冲击油缸提供冲击动力,使滚筒上的截齿在截割的过程中,截齿还能产生冲击运动而对煤岩体进行同步预裂。该液压冲击系统液路结构独特,并能产生液压谐振效应,设计的直线电磁柱塞泵结构简单,工作性能安全可靠,故障率低。整个系统采用模糊算法进行智能控制,能为截齿提供精确的冲击力度和频率控制。
In view of the large amount of slack coal and dust produced in the current coal mining process,the technology of impact pre-splitting mining was put forward to reduce the production of slack coal and dust,designed a hydraulic impact system of linear electromagnetic plunger pump for impingement of cutter,it is used to provide the impact power for the impact oil cylinder of the mining equipment,so that the cutter on the roller can produce impact motion during the cutting process and perform synchronous pre-splitting on the coal and rock mass.This hydraulic impact system has unique hydraulic circuit structure and can produce hydraulic resonance effect.The designed linear electromagnetic plunger pump has simple structure,working performance is safe and reliable and low failure rate.The whole system adopts fuzzy algorithm for intelligent control,which can provide precise impact strength and frequency control for the cutter.
