各因素下气固流态化磁选机的磁选回收特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 气固流态化磁选机的分选室采用流化床分选槽,磁性颗粒以流态化方式与磁极充分接触,易于被磁极吸引;气流的冲洗作用可以使微细颗粒间的摩擦力和表面黏附力大幅降低,强化磁性颗粒和非磁性颗粒的分离,提高磁选效果,增大磁选机的处理量。该磁选机分选过程中无需利用水使物料进行分选,在干旱缺水环境下十分有利于资源的节省,而且在后续工序上无需对含水物料进行处理。本实验通过对气固流态化磁选机的加重质回收过程特性的研究,有利于提高磁性介质的回收率,达到降低分选成本、提高资源回收利用的效果,实现经济和环境上的共赢。 The separation chamber of the gas-solid fluidized magnetic separator adopts a fluidized bed sorting tank,and the magnetic particles are in fluid contact with the magnetic poles,and are easily attracted by the magnetic poles.The flushing action of the airflow can greatly reduce the friction between the fine particles and the surface adhesion,strengthen the separation of the magnetic particles and the non-magnetic particles,improve the magnetic separation effect,and increase the processing capacity of the magnetic separator.The magnetic separator does not need water to separate materials in the process of sorting.It is very conducive to saving resources in the arid and water-scarce environment,and there is no need to deal with the water-bearing materials in the subsequent process.In this experiment,through the study of the characteristics of the heavy weight recovery process of gassolid fluidized magnetic separator,the recovery rate of magnetic media can be improved,the separation cost can be reduced,the resource recovery and utilization can be improved,and the win-win situation in economy and environment can be realized.
