摘要
针对目前放顶煤综采工作面环境恶劣、放煤工艺复杂、操作繁琐、手动操作视野不佳等问题,设计了3种放煤功能。基于液压支架电液控制系统,提出相应的3种放煤控制策略。采用2路485通信、无线通信以及CAN总线通信3种通信方式,结合放煤时序控制方法,实现了放顶煤的电液控制功能、无线遥控放煤功能以及自动化放煤功能。
In view of the current situation of the coal caving face,the coal mining process is complicated,the operation is cumbersome,and the manual operation vision is not good,three coal caving functions were designed.Based on the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system,the corresponding three coal caving control strategies were proposed.The two communication modes of two-way 485 communication,wireless communication and CAN bus communication were combined with the coal timing control method to realize the electro-hydraulic control function of the coal caving,the wireless remote control coal discharging function and the automatic coal discharging function.
