摘要 为了提高筛分装置的使用寿命和改善运行过程出现的一些问题,例如侧板开裂等故障,以倾斜式物料筛分装置筛箱为研究对象,利用SolidWorks建立三维模型,运用ANSYS Workbench建立有限元模型并对模型进行模态分析,获得筛箱的固有频率与振型,利用分析结果对筛分装置的筛箱结构进行改进优化。 In order to improve the service life of the screening device and improve some problems in the operation process,such as the cracking of the side plate,the screen box of the inclined material screening device was used as the research object,the SolidWorks was used to establish the three-dimensional model,and the ANSYS Workbench was used to establish the finite element model.The modal analysis of the model was carried out to obtain the natural frequency and vibration mode of the screen box.The analysis results were used to optimize the screen box structure of the screening device.
