液压支架手动增压控制阀流场特性分析

摘要 针对工作面液压支架初撑力不足导致的顶板过早离层、煤壁片帮等问题,设计了一种液压支架手动增压控制阀,通过控制油路的流动方向,在不影响正常升架的前提下实现快速增压。建立液压支架增压控制阀的仿真模型,利用ANSYS FLUENT流体仿真软件对设计的增压控制阀进行流场特性分析,通过对不同开口度下的压力、速度及矢量云图的分析验证阀体结构设计的合理性以及得出增压阀的最佳开启度,并针对不同开口度下的流场变化对阀体的结构设计提出合理化意见。 Aiming at the problems of premature separation of the roof and coal wall slab caused by insufficient initial support of the hydraulic support on the working face,a pressure control valve in the manual pressure boosting device of the hydraulic support was designed.By controlling the flow direction of the oil passage,fast pressurization without affecting the normal lifting.The simulation model of the hydraulic support pressure control valve was established.The flow field characteristics of the designed pressure control valve were analyzed by ANSYS FLUENT fluid simulation software.The valve body structure was verified by analyzing the pressure,velocity and vector cloud diagram under different opening degrees.The rationality of the design and the optimal opening degree of the booster valve were obtained.The rationality of the valve body structure design was proposed for the flow field changes under different opening degrees,and the necessary theoretical data was provided for the optimal design of the booster valve.
