摘要
刮板输送机中部槽板材承受主机的运行负载以及支架的侧向力和纵向力,不仅要求中槽部板材具有优异的强度和刚度,而且对其磨损性能也提出了较高要求,针对常用的中槽部板材用高强度低合金耐磨钢NM400进行热处理工艺研究,通过3种不同的热处理方式获取试验用耐磨板材,并模拟输送机的工作环境,研究3种试验用耐磨板材的磨损性能。
Scraper conveyor slot plate under the operation of the main load and lateral force and longitudinal force support,requires not only in the slot plate has excellent strength and stiffness,and the wear performance is also put forward higher requirements,studied the commonly used slot plate heat treatment process for high strength low alloy wear resistance NM400 steel,the test by three different heat treatment methods for wear plates,and simulate the conveyor working environment study on wear properties of wear resistant plate.
