摘要
以材质30CrMnSi、供货态热轧管、Φ320 mm缸筒为试验对象,探讨6种工艺流程对缸筒制造精度的影响。结果表明:调整时效工序至焊上腔和精镗/粗镗工序前,会造成缸筒制造精度超差和不合格率增加;精简调质前的粗镗工序并不会明显降低缸筒制造精度;调整焊上腔至精镗/粗镗工序前且调整时效至精镗/粗镗工序后,可有效消除热应力释放和挤压应力回弹。
30 CrMnSi material,hot-rolled pipe in supply state and cylinder diameter ofΦ320 mm were taken as test objects,influence of six processes on cylinder manufacturing accuracy was discussed.Results show that adjusting aging before procedures of welding upper cavity and fine boring/rough boring,will cause over-precision and increase of failure rate of cylinder manufacture.Simplifying rough boring process before quenching and tempering,will not significantly reduce the cylinder manufacturing accuracy.Adjusting welding upper cavity before fine boring/rough boring process and adjusting aging after fine boring/rough boring process,it can effectively eliminate thermal stress release and extrusion stress rebound.
