摘要
针对连续采煤机井下工作运行特点及矿用电缆参数特性,以整体方案设计和研究技术理论为基础,通过PLC编程控制电缆卷筒,实现电缆收放装置同步化、自动化和系统化的需求;用SolidWorks软件设计出其零件的模型,并利用ANSYS Workbench仿真软件对电缆卷放装置机械结构进行静力学分析。通过对目标部件的受力分析以及强度校核,得到卷筒装置结构的最优参数。
Aiming at the characteristics of underground operation of continuous shearer and parameters of mine cables,based on the overall scheme design and research technology theory,the synchronization,automation and systematization requirements of cable release were realized by PLC programming control.The model of its parts was designed by SolidWorks software,and the mechanical knot of cable reel device was simulated by ANSYS Workbench software.Static analysis of the structure was carried out.Through the force analysis and strength check of the target components,the optimum parameters of the drum device structure were obtained.
