摘要
介绍了分公司首次大修的JOY公司生产的10SC32-48C型梭车整体结构,详细分析了液压系统(包括水冷系统和油冷系统)原理,重点研究了该型设备所用的动力系统、制动系统和冷却系统原理,针对该型设备在实际应用出现的常见问题提出了改进意见。
The integral structure of 10 SC32-48 C shuttle car produced by JOY company,which is the first overhaul of the branch company was introduced.The principle of hydraulic system(including water cooling system and oil cooling system)was analyzed in detail.The power system,braking system and cooling system used in this type of equipment were emphatically studied.The common application of this type of equipment was pointed out.Problems were raised for improvement.
