摘要
针对煤矿井下设备实际工况的特殊性,基于非标机械设计理念,结合矿用减速器实际工况特点,从结构创新、分布式设计、分体组合设计、工艺孔设计和廓形优化等方面,优化矿用非标减速器的设计,提高功率体积比及可靠性,降低加工制造难度,提高经济性,提高维修维护便捷性。
Aiming at special working condition of underground equipment in coal mine,based on the non-standard mechanical design concept,combined with working condition characteristics of reducers used in coal mine equipment,the design of non-standard reducers was optimized from the aspects of structural innovation,distributed design,split-body combination design,auxiliary hole design and profile design,thus power volume ratio and reliability are improved,difficulty of manufacturing is reduced and improved the economy,it also improved the convenience of maintenance.
