摘要
针对煤矿锤式破碎机的运行工况,分析研究阀控型液力偶合器的结构原理,根据起动、散热、过载保护方面的工作特性和应用实践,阀控型液力偶合器能够满足煤矿锤式破碎机在各种工况下对传动元件的要求,在原理和实践上具有应用的可行性。
According to the working conditions of the coal mine hammer crusher,analyzed and studied the structure principle of valve-controlled fluid coupling.According to the working characteristics from the aspects of starting,cooling and overload protection,and application practice,pointed out that valvecontrolled fluid coupling can meet the requirements of the coal mine hammer crusher for transmission components under various conditions and has the feasibility of application in principle and practice.
