摘要 根据煤矿井下巷道工作条件及链臂切顶机的控制要求,对控制系统进行了详细设计。该系统基于CAN总线通信,将可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)与遥控系统、显示屏等模块进行连接。通过操作遥控器开启泵电机后,可以控制链臂切顶机行走、链臂摆动、链条旋转及各机构动作。通过自动调平功能将机器调至水平后,进行切顶工作。该系统具有电流保护、温度保护、漏电检测、瓦斯检测等多项保护功能,并将系统状态信息显示在屏幕上,具有友好的人机交互功能。 According to the working conditions of coal mine underground roadway and the control requirements of chain arm top cutting machine,the control system was designed in detail.The system is based on CAN bus communication,connect the programmable logic controller(PLC)with the valve controller,remote controller,display module and so on.After the pump motor is running by remote controller,it can control chain arm topping machine walking,chain arm swing,chain rotation and various mechanism actions.After the machine is leveled by the automatic leveling function,the topping work is performed.The control system has multiple protection functions such as current protection,temperature protection,leakage detection,gas detection,etc.,and displays system status information on the screen,and has friendly human-computer interaction.
