摘要
煤矿巷道钻机施工过程中,工人频繁接触钻机,尤其在上、下钻杆过程中,手持钻杆接扣、卸扣存在很多安全隐患。通过对普通钻机人工上、下钻杆流程的分析,对双夹持器动作进行分解,设计开发了双夹持器的液压系统,并通过对双夹持器系统的压力和流量计算,完成了泵及多路阀等关键液压元件的选型。现场应用结果表明,所设计的液压系统运行稳定可靠,各个零部件动作协调一致,达到设计要求。
During the construction of drilling rig in mine roadway,workers frequently contact the drilling rig.Especially in the process of drilling pipe up and down,there are many hidden safety hazards in the connection and unloading of hand-held drilling pipe.Through the analysis of the process of manual drill pipe up and down on common drilling rig,the action of double clamp was decomposed,and the hydraulic system of double clamp was designed and developed.By calculating the pressure and flow rate of double clamp system,the selection of key hydraulic components such as pump and multiway valve was completed.From the field application,the designed hydraulic system runs steadily and reliably,and the movements of each component are coordinated to meet the design requirements.
