Design of External Drill Pipe Box Device for Automatic Drilling Rig

自动钻机在钻进过程中无需人工操作,极大地提高了操作钻机的安全性和降低了人工劳动强度。目前,由于煤矿井下巷道空间有限,自动钻机的体积不能太大,导致钻机自身钻杆箱容量有限。针对钻杆箱容量不足的问题,对钻杆箱进行扩容,设计一种自动钻机外接钻杆箱。

The automatic drilling rig is needed no manual operation in the drilling process,which greatly increases the safety and reduces manual labor intensity of the operating drilling rig.At present,due to the limited space of underground roadway in coal mine,the volume of automatic drilling rig cannot be too large,resulting in the limited capacity of drill pipe box.Aiming at the problem of insufficient capacity of drill pipe box,the capacity of drill pipe box was enlarged,and a external drill pipe box of automatic drilling rig was designed.
