摘要
针对带式输送机工作过程中物料突然变化、启动不合理等因素容易造成输送带启动时张力过大而导致输送机部件损坏的问题,采用多体动力学方法建立带式输送机虚拟样机模型并对启动控制工况进行动态特性的分析和求解,得到带式输送机启动过程中符合实际情况的输送带速度、加速度及动张力分布规律,通过对不同启动控制曲线的对比分析,得出通过延长启动控制时间和选择合理的启动控制曲线可以很好地降低输送带启动动张力。
Aiming at the sudden change of materials during the working process of the belt conveyor,the unreasonable starting and other factors may cause the tension of the belt to be too large when the belt starts to cause damage to the components of the conveyor,the multi-body dynamics method was used to establish the virtual prototype model of the belt conveyor and the dynamic characteristics of the start-up control conditions were analyzed and solved.The distribution of the belt speed,acceleration and dynamic tension in the starting process of the belt conveyor is obtained.Through the comparative analysis of different start-up control curves,it is concluded that the tape start-up tension can be well reduced by extending the start-up control time and selecting a reasonable start-up control curve.
