摘要 从巷道掘进机截割头节能破煤的角度出发,利用冲击力学与弹性力学原理,结合剪切强度破坏准则,建立截割头与煤岩体相互作用耦合的破岩力学模型,得到满足破岩要求的临界截割头转速解析式,定量地给出矿用掘进机最小耗能的截割转速计算方法。在此基础上,分析了冲击作用时间、煤岩体力学参数、截割头形体参数和截齿参数对临界转速的影响规律,指出冲击时间、煤岩体内聚力及截齿直径是影响转速的主控因素。 Starting from the point of view of energy-saving coal breaking by cutting head of roadheader,a rock breaking mechanics model coupled with the interaction between cutting head and coal or rock mass was established by using the principles of impact mechanics and elasticity mechanics and shear strength failure criterion.The formula of critical rotation rate of cutting head was obtained.The calculation formula of cutting rotation rate with minimum energy consumption of mine roadheader was given quantitatively.On this basis,analyzed the rule that some factors influence the critical rotation rate,such as the abscissa include impact time,mechanical parameters of coal and rock mass,shape parameters of cutting head and parameters of cutting teeth.It was pointed out that impact time,cohesion of coal and rock mass and diameter of cutting teeth are the main factor affecting rotation rate.
