液压支架长推杆加工工艺

摘要 阐述了液压支架长推杆总体结构,着重介绍了长推杆加工工艺方案。在实际生产中,根据推杆的结构特点,采用定制加长板料并使用双枪同步切割下料,依靠定位凹槽板固定和定位销轴板限位的工装胎具进行拼装以保证其尺寸,焊接时实施2人从中间向两面对称跳跃式焊接,焊后两端使用方钢支起一定高度,依靠自重及自然时效进行矫正,从而保证了产品的质量,提高了效率,降低了因矫形和返修所带来的成本,提升了产品精细化水平。 Expound the general construction loog push rod of hydraulic support,emphatically introduced long push rod processing technology scheme.In the actual production,according to the push rod structure characteristics,using custom extended sheet material and double gun synchronous cutting down material,relying on positioning groove plate fixed and positioning pin plate limited tooling fixture to assemble to ensure its size.When welding the implementation of two people from the middle to two symmetrical jump welding,after welding both ends of the girder are supported by square steel with a certain height and corrected by self-weight and natural aging.Thus ensuring the quality of the product,improving the efficiency,reducing for flattening and repair costs improving product refinement level.
