摘要
为解决煤矿井下掘支比例失调、支护严重滞后的问题,介绍了一种矿用多功能四臂锚索锚杆钻机的总体设计思路,并详细阐述了该新型多功能四臂锚索锚杆钻车的整体结构和相关技术特点。对整车底盘总成、升降平台、锚护系统、操纵系统、除尘系统、液压系统和电气系统等关键系统进行了分析和介绍。
In order to solve the problems of imbalance of excavation and support ratio and serious lag of support in coal mine,introduced the overall design idea of a multifunctional four-arm mobile bolting machinehine,and expound in detail the overall structure and related technical characteristics of the new multifunctional four-arm mobile bolting machinehine.The key systems such as chassis assembly,lifting platform,anchor drilling system,control system,dust removal system,hydraulic system and electrical system were analyzed and introduced.
