摘要
针对某矿用大功率防爆电喷柴油机频繁高温问题,对其冷却系统进行了研究分析,提出了大功率防爆电喷柴油机本体冷却与排气系统冷却半独立的双循环的优化方案。通过发动机台架试验,对大功率防爆电喷柴油机的冷却系统进行了多种改进方案的热平衡性验证。最终确定,双循环非独立冷却系统性能较优,且外循环中,串、并联冷却管路混合使用的联接方式,结果较为理想,达到预期效果。
In order to solve the frequent boil problem of high-power explosion-proof EFI diesel engine,the cooling system was studied.A semi-independent double cycle optimization scheme for bulk cooling and exhaust system cooling of high power explosion-proof EFI diesel engine was proposed.Through the engine bench test,the thermal balance of the cooling system of the high power explosion-proof EFI diesel engine was verified.Finally,it is determined that the performance of the double cycle non-independent cooling system is better,and the mixed connection mode of string and parallel cooling pipeline in the external cycle is satisfactory,which achieves the expected effect.
