摘要
以刘庄矿三采区3307大采高工作面轨道巷为工程背景,根据留巷实际情况,基于低初撑力、高工作阻力的支护思想,研制出了ZCZ4×4200/22/40/D型双列多节窄型分体式巷旁支护装置,并对巷旁支护装置电液控制系统进行了设计,确定了远程有线电液控制及远程遥控控制方案。井下实际应用表明,新型巷旁支护装置支护强度高,结构稳定,留巷速度快,有效控制了巷旁侧围岩变形。
Taking the track alignment of 3307 large mining height working face in the third mining area of Liuzhuang coal mine as the engineering background,according to the actual situation of retaining roadway and the support idea of low initial support force and high working resistance,ZCZ4×4200/22/40/D double row multi-section narrow split roadside support device was developed,the electro-hydraulic control system of roadside supporting device was designed,and the scheme of long-distance cable electro-hydraulic control and remote control was determined.The practical application shows that the new roadside support has high strength,stable structure,fast retaining speed,and effectively controls the deformation of roadside surrounding rock.
