重型中部槽无轨化快速搬运方法探讨

Discussion on Rapid Trackless Handling Method of Heavy Middle Trough

针对我国综采工作面中部槽搬运效率较低的现状,详细分析了传统搬运方法存在的问题,提出了一种重型中部槽无轨化快速搬运方法。阐述了中部槽搬运车的结构特点,研究了中部槽快速搬运工艺,完善了综采工作面快速搬家成套技术与装备。分析了重型中部槽搬运车推广应用前景,基于车辆结构特点,提出了相应的改善措施。

Based on the present status that the ineffectiveness of carrying heavy middle trough in a fully mechanized coal face in our country,the problems of the traditional method of carrying middle trough were analysed in detail,and a new method was suggested about carrying heavy middle trough by trackless transport.The construction features of rubber wheels vehicle were expounded.The technology process was researched about carrying heavy middle trough quickly.It is complemented that the technology and equipment about quick carrying assembly in the fully mechanized coal face.The sales promotion was analysed about the vehicles of carry heavy middle trough,and based on the vehicle construction features,some measures were propound to popularize this vehicle.
