基于ANSYS轮毂轴承内圈锻造数值模拟分析

摘要 由于轮毂轴承的零件锻造批量大,锻造模具的使用寿命,即模具的可锻造次数成为轮毂轴承制造成本的重要影响因素之一。以某轮毂轴承的内圈锻造为例,分析了锻件在锻造过程中的应力、应变分布规律,研究了模具的各个分部件的载荷分布规律,结果表明,模具的上模芯所受的载荷最大。具体分析了上模芯在锻造过程中各项参数的分布规律,结果表明,上模芯底端的圆弧过渡是最易受损的部位。 Due to the large quantity of forging parts for hub bearings,the service life of forging die,i.e.the forging times of die,has become one of the important factors affecting the manufacturing cost of hub bearing.Taking the forging of the inner ring of a hub bearing as an example,analyzed the stress and strain distribution law of the forging part in the forging process,and studied the load distribution law of each sub-component of the die.The results show that the upper die core of the die receives the largest load.Specifically analyzed the parameter distribution law of the upper die core in the forging process,the results show that the arc transition at the bottom end of the upper die core is the most vulnerable part.
