摘要 为了对圆柱滚子轴承静、动态特性进行更加深入的了解和改善,以NU208E圆柱滚子轴承为研究对象,建立轴承三维模型,导入ANSYS Workbench建立轴承接触特性和模态有限元仿真模型,在实际极限工况下对轴承等效应力、弹性等效应变等接触特性和模态进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:轴承等效应力、弹性等效应变主要分布在圆柱滚子与内、外圈接触部位,且满足实际工况要求;不同模态阶数下的振动频率、振型及总变形量不同。该研究为圆柱滚子轴承承载特性和综合力学性能的提高、结构优化及振动噪声的减小提供理论依据。 In order to deeply understand and improve the static and dynamic characteristics of cylindrical roller bearing,a NU208 E cylindrical roller bearing has been taken as the research object,and the bearing three-dimensional model has been established and has been introduced to ANSYS Workbench to establish the finite element simulation model of bearing contact characteristics and the modal,the contact characteristics of bearing equivalent stress and elastic equivalent strain and modal under actual extreme condition have been simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the equivalent stress and elastic equivalent strain of the bearing are mainly distributed in the contact between the cylindrical roller and the inner and outer rings,and meet the requirements of the actual working conditions;the vibration frequency,vibration mode and total deformation are different under different modal orders.The research provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of bearing characteristics and comprehensive mechanical properties,structural optimization and vibration and noise reduction of cylindrical roller bearing.
