摘要
与传统统治相比,文化治理是通过审美文化、文学艺术和文化机构等温和、间接的手段来实现社会治理,其统治效果显然更为隐蔽、深层和有效。对于致力于建设和谐社会的中国来说,通过审美文化进行治理尤为必要,广大民众喜闻乐见、数量丰富的民歌无疑是非常重要的文化资源。从陕北秧歌剧《米脂婆姨绥德汉》的得与失可知,开发和利用民歌的正确的方法是:以老百姓喜闻乐见的民歌形式表征他们当下真实的日常生活和情感世界。
Cultural governance uses moderate and indirect means, such as aesthetic activities, literature and arts to achieve its aims, which is different from governance with traditional means. Its effects are less direct but more lasting and effective. China is building a harmonious society, bringing up a necessity of governance through cultural and aesthetic ways. For instance, folk song, which is familiar to the masses, is one of the appropriate and important cultural resources. Based on analysis of Mizhi Wife and Suide Husband, a northern Shaanxi dancing opera, this paper argues that, the best way to employ folk song in governance is to represent everyday life and feelings of ordinary people in them.
