我国煤矿立井特殊凿井技术的应用与发展 被引量:7

摘要 随着我国煤炭资源的开发,特殊凿井技术有了很大的发展。文章对特殊凿井技术进行了回顾,介绍了钻井法已成功施工660m的井筒,钻机设备、泥浆制备、废浆处理等关键技术均有较大突破;冻结法施工穿过不稳定冲积层的厚度已达到674.5m,在含水基岩地层中的冻结深度已达到950m,均达到世界领先水平。同时,文章介绍了特殊凿井技术的发展趋势,并指出曹县煤田及阳谷—茬平煤田的部分矿井井筒穿过的巨厚不稳定冲积层厚度约在800~1000m左右,仍有众多难题亟待解决。 With the development of China coal resources,there was a great development made in the special mine shaft sinking technology. The paper had a review on the special mine shaft sinking technology. The paper introduced the mine shaft full face boring method successfully completed a mine shaft with a total boring depth of 660 m. The mine shaft boring equipment,boring mud preparation,waste mud treatment and other key technologies had made a great breakthrough. The ground freezing method construction could make a mine shaft passing through an unstable alluvium with a thickness of674. 5m and the ground freezing depth could reach at 950 m in a water bearing base rock. Therefore the mine shaft full face boring technology and the ground freezing technology both are in the world leading level. Meanwhile,the paper introduced the development tendency of the special mine shaft sinking technology. The paper pointed out that the thickness of an unstable huge thick alluvium which some mine shafts passed through in Caoxian Coalfield and Yanggu- Chaping Coalfield was about 800 ~ 1000 m and there were many difficulties to be solved.
