摘要
随着变频器技术的快速发展及节能要求的提高,煤炭行业有在矿井大面积推广使用变频器的舆论趋势,但矿井主要固定设备采用变频器传动的经济效益究竟如何,多数从业者并没有全面、综合分析过。文章通过对几个工程实例的详细计算分析,侧重变频器的节能效果,兼顾变频器的调速、软启动/停车、降低机械冲击等功能,从经济效益是否合理的角度,全面、综合分析了具有哪些特点的井下主要固定设备可采用变频器传动。
With the rapid development of the frequency converter technology and the energy saving requirements increased,there would be a public opinion tendency on a promotion of the frequency converter applied to the coal mine with a large area in the coal industry. But how would be the economic benefit of the frequency converter driving for the main fixed equipment in the mines,most practitioners never had a full and comprehensive analysis on the economic benefit. With the detail computation analysis on several project cases,especially on the energy saving effect of the converter,including the speed control,soft start / stop,mechanical impact reduction and other functions of the converter,from the view of the economic benefit rational ot not,the paper fully and comprehensively analyzed the features of the major fixed equipment suitable for the frequency converter driving in the underground mine.
