煤炭工业济南设计研究院有限公司(以下简称"济南院")作为一个具有六十年发展历史的煤炭勘察设计咨询企业,经过几代人的共同奋斗和努力,积淀了丰厚的文化底蕴和内涵。近十几年来特别是整体改制以来,济南院更是充分认识到企业文化建设的重要性,致力于建设具有煤炭设计行业特色的企业文化,注重传承,规划引导,加大投入,全面推进,在助推转型发展、提升核心竞争力过程中初见成效。
Coal Industry Jinan Design and Research Institute Company Limited( thereafter called ' Jinan Institute') as a coal survey and design consultant enterprise with 60 years development history accumulated rich and thick cultural connotations and intensions with the joint striving and efforts of several generations. In the passed decade years,especially since the integrated system reform,Jinan Institute fully understood the importance of the enterprise cultural building and made great efforts to build the enterprise culture with the coal design industrial features. With the special attention on the inheritance,the leading on the planning,the enhanced investment and full promotion,there were initial effects obtained in the transformation development and the core competitive force upgraded.
