摘要
为了给磁窑沟煤矿13号煤层综放工作面选择适合的液压支架,论述了国内放顶煤液压支架发展及应用情况,对比分析了两柱和四柱支撑掩护式放顶煤液压支架的结构、受力以及对顶底板的适应性等,结果表明:两柱支撑掩护式放顶煤支架在中硬煤层相比四柱放顶煤液压支架适应性差别较小,且在实现自动化难度及日常维护量较少,最终晋神磁窑沟煤矿13号煤层首采综放工作面选用两柱掩护式放顶煤支架。
In order to select the suitable hydraulic support for the fully mechanized caving face of No.13 coal seam in the Ciyaogou Coal Mine,the development and application of the hydraulic caving support for domestic caving coal were discussed.The structure of the hydraulic support of the two-legged and four-legged supported shielded caving coal was compared and analyzed.The force and the adaptability to the roof and floor show that the adaptability difference of the twolegged supported shielded caving coal support in the middle hard coal seam is smaller than that of the four-legged top coal caving hydraulic support,and the automation difficulty and daily maintenance are easier.Finally,a two-legged shielded caving coal support was selected in the first fully mechanized top-caving caving face in No.13 coal seam of Jinyaogou Coal Mine.
