摘要
针对晋能集团下属某矿副井提升机在使用过程中出现的噪音大、温度高、维修困难等问题,分析造成这些问题的主要原因,在此基础上提出对副井提升机电控系统进行数字化改造,系统地介绍了新系统的主要特点及维护和检修中的注意事项。结果表明,改造后的电控系统运行效果良好,为企业带来了实际的经济效益。
In view of the problems of high noise,high temperature and difficult maintenance during the use of a mine auxiliary shaft hoist of Jinneng Group,the main causes of these problems are analyzed.On this basis,the auxiliary shaft is upgraded.The system is digitally transformed,and the main features and precautions of the new system are systematically introduced.The results show that the electronic control system after the transformation has a good operation effect,which brings practical economic benefits to the enterprise and is a successful improvement.
