重介选煤工艺在沙坪洗煤厂的应用

Application of heavy medium coal separation process in Shaping Coal Preparation Plant

针对沙坪洗煤厂入料煤质波动较大的情况,分析了入料煤质特性和可选性,并使用一套具有较强煤质适应性的系统进行分选,介绍了沙坪洗煤厂重介质系统的工艺流程和工艺特点,对该工艺的主要设备进行描述。采用该工艺后,提高了精煤产率、取得了明显经济效益。

In view of the large fluctuation of coal quality in Shaping Coal Preparation Plant,the characteristics and optionality of feeding coal quality were analyzed,and a system with strong coal quality adaptability was used for the separation.The process flow and process characteristics of the heavy media system of Shaping Coal Preparation Plant was introduced,and the main equipment of the process was described.After adopting this process,the yield of clean coal was improved and obvious economic benefits were obtained.
