渗氮抑爆技术在工作面瓦斯燃烧事故中的应用

摘要 针对王营矿5310工作面回采过程中由于采煤机切割岩石产生火花并点燃局部积聚瓦斯引发瓦斯燃烧事故,结合矿井瓦斯涌出量大的实际情况,在综合分析火区特点的基础上,实施渗氮抑爆技术对火区进行快速安全封闭的治理方案。实践表明,在采取一定封闭措施后,大流量连续性注入惰性气体可有效降低火区氧气浓度,抑制瓦斯爆炸和熄灭火区,为今后治理瓦斯燃烧事故提供了一项宝贵的经验。 In view of the gas burning accident caused by spark from coal shearer cutting rock which ignited local accumulated gas in the mining process of 5310 face of Wangying Coal Mine,combined with the large amount of mine gas emission,based on the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the fire area,nitriding and explosion suppression technology was applied to the treatment of fast and safe closure of the fire zone.The result shows that after certain sealing measures,continuous injection of large flow inert gas can effectively reduce the oxygen concentration in the fire zone,suppressing gas explosion and extinguishing fire area,which can provide valuable experience for gas burning accident control in the future.
