选煤厂配电柜温度自动安全检测改造技术应用

为了进一步提高配电室安全系数,针对配电柜及母排存在常见的电气设备安全隐患,根据日常检查维护中总结出配电室母排温度的变化,提出了使用现代化自动温度检测设备。并通过各种试验、改造,逐步完善各监测点的位置,最终实现了各配电室能够自动检测设备以及母排的温度,保障了洗煤厂设人身和设备的安全。

In order to further improve the safety factor of the power distribution room,aiming at the common electrical equipment safety hazards for the power distribution cabinet and the busbar,according to the daily inspection and maintenance,the change of the busbar temperature of the power distribution room is summarized,and the modern automatic temperature detection equipment is proposed.Through various tests and transformations,the position of each monitoring point is gradually improved,and finally the power distribution room can automatically detect the temperature of the equipment and the busbar,and ensure the safety of the personal and equipment of the coal preparation plant.
