摘要
孤岛工作面过断层构造时,顶板及围岩的力学性能发生很大变化,原有矿压规律已不再适用,以磁窑沟煤矿10201孤岛工作面过断层为工程背景,建立3DEC三维数值模型,对工作面推进过程矿压规律进行了分析,并且提出通过切顶卸压与注高压水两种途径消除工作面过断层时高应力区,采用ZY8000/24/50D型液压支架进行顶板支护。经工程现场验证,实际施工时工作面应力变化与模拟结论相同,且液压支架选择合理。
When the island working face passes through the fault structure,the mechanical properties of the roof and surrounding rock change greatly.The original mine pressure law is no longer applicable.The 3 DEC 3 D model is established based on the engineering background of 10201 island face of the Ciyaogou Coal Mine.The numerical model is used to analyze the mine pressure law of the working face advancing process.It is also proposed to eliminate the high stress area of the working face through the roof-cutting stress relief and high pressure water injection.The ZY8000/24/50 D hydraulic support is used for the roof support.Verified by the engineering site,the stress change of the working face during the actual construction is the same as the simulation conclusion,and the selection of the hydraulic support is reasonable.
