摘要
针对小煤窑采空区引起隧道病害的问题,以山西省晋神能源有限公司所属阴火铁路火山隧道为工程背景,采用电磁波反射法,通过地质雷达对火山隧道进行了无损检测,分析了隧道衬砌等支护结构的破坏原因。通过建立管棚的力学模型,研究了隧道合理循环破除步距。结果表明:在循环破除0. 6m的情况下,管棚设计满足承载力要求,且具有一定的安全储备。据此设计采用管棚作为超前支护加固后,对隧道原有衬砌进行拆除与重置。工程实践结果表明,火山隧道病害治理效果明显。
Aiming at the problem of tunnel disease caused by small coal mine goaf,taking the Yinhuo railway volcanic tunnel of Shanxi Jinshen Energy Co.,Ltd.as the engineering background,this paper uses electromagnetic wave reflection method to conduct non-destructive testing of volcanic tunnel through geological radar,and analyzes the damage reasons of tunnel lining and other supporting structures.By establishing the mechanical model of pipe shed,the reasonable circulation of the tunnel is studied and the step distance is eliminated.The results show that under the condition of 0.6 m cyclic breakage,the design of pipe shed meets the requirement of bearing capacity and has a certain safety reserve.According to this design,the pipe lining is used as the advance support reinforcement,and the original lining of the tunnel is demolished and reset.The results of engineering practice show that the treatment effect of volcanic tunnel disease is obvious.
