摘要 针对木里矿区在国家环保政策和当地环境容量等因素影响下采用露天开采困难大等问题,对木里矿区采取井工开采的开拓方式、开采工艺、技术难题进行分析和研究,最终认为该矿区井工矿建设可因地制宜采用斜井开拓,应以片盘斜井、区段石门为主要开拓方式,井下布置1~2个伪斜综采或综放工作面保证矿井生产能力。通过投资测算和财务评价,认为该矿区井工矿建设有一定经济效益,但技术难度大、吨煤投资高、外部市场不确定等问题突出,目前启动大型井工煤矿建设还应进一步科学论证、慎重决策。 In view of the difficulties in open-pit mining under the influence of national environmental protection policies and local environmental capacity in Muli Mining Area,the development methods,mining techniques and technical problems of the underground mining in Muli Mining Area were analyzed and studied. The results show that,underground coal mine can be developed according to local conditions using inclined shaft development,with inclined shaft for panels and crossheading for segments,arranging one or two pseudo-inclined fully mechanized mining or fully mechanized caving face to ensure the mine production capacity. According to investment calculation and financial evaluation,it is believed that the construction of mines and mines in this mining area has certain economic benefits,but problems,such as technical difficulty,high investment of per ton coal and uncertainty of external market,are outstanding. At present,construction of large-scale coal mines should be further scientifically demonstrated before decision making.
