摘要 传统的结构变形监测方式是在结构某些特征部位安装变形监测装置,以达到变形监测目的,但此方式一定程度上不能完全反映结构的变形情况。针对传统方式无法有效监测结构初始形态、整体变形、最大变形的不足,利用天宝三维扫描仪Trimble TX8对成套式模块通廊在受不同级别荷载下的结构形态进行全方位的精准扫描,高效快速地获得了高精度、高密度的点云数据,通过对点云数据的整合、处理、分析可及时得到通廊结构全面变形信息,为结构的力学性能分析提供了充足的变形数据。 The traditional way of structural deformation monitoring is mounting deformation monitoring device on some special structural parts,so as to achieve deformation detection,which can’t fully reflect the deformation of structure. As it is hard to effectively monitor the initial form,overall deformation and maximum deformation of the structure using traditional method,the Trimble TX8 is used to scan all the structural forms of the modular module in different levels of load,which is efficient and fast. The high-precision and high-density point cloud data is obtained. Through the integration,processing and analysis of the point cloud data,the comprehensive deformation information of the corridor structure can be obtained in time,and sufficient deformation data is provided for the structural mechanical performance analysis.
