摘要
针对某型号巷修机反铲挖掘大臂与中间臂油缸连接处频繁损坏的问题,通过对设计方法、加工过程、工作载荷进行分析,明确大臂损坏的原因是由于设计过程中对工作载荷计算错误导致大臂结构强度不足。通过计算得出操作斗杆油缸进行收料时,中间臂油缸对大臂的拉力最大为240kN,操作铲斗油缸进行收料时,中间臂油缸对大臂的拉力最大为480kN,远大于中间臂油缸平衡阀被迫打开时油缸所能承受最大拉力196kN。最后提出了大臂的改进措施。
Analysis was carried out on the causes of frequent damage of large arms at the joint between the large arm and middle arm oil cylinder on a certain type of roadway repair machine. By analyzing the design method,processing process and working load. It is clear that the damage of the large arm is due to the calculation error of the working load during the design process,it causes lack of strength in large arms. By calculation,the pull of the middle arm cylinder to the large arm is 240 kN when the bucket rod oil cylinder is used to collect the material,the pull of the middle arm cylinder to the large arm is 480 kN when the bucket oil cylinder is used to collect the material,it is greater than the oil cylinder can withstand maximum tension when 196 kN when the balancing valve is forced to open. Finally,the improvement measures of the large arm are put forward.
