Research and Practice on High Quality Development Strategy of Coal Industry

立足新时期时代背景,围绕煤炭工业高质量发展,结合我国经济社会发展趋势变化与现实需要,系统提出了四点基本方略:高保障度作为第一目标,绿色发展作为基本原则,智能化开采作为升级方向,打造开放共享的组织业态。并对陕煤集团的发展方略进行了实践探索,在此基础上,归纳出了煤炭工业高质量发展的四条路径为:做好顶层设计,建设现代化煤炭经济体系,围绕清洁低碳,进行全产业链创新,顺应趋势,创新行业发展模式,顺应趋势,创新行业发展模式。

Based on the background of the new era,focusing on the high-quality development of the coal industry,combined with the changes in China’s economic and social development trends and the needs of the realities,the four basic strategies were proposed systematically,high security is the first goal,green development is the basic principle,intelligent mining is the upgrading direction,and the vision is to create an open and shared organizational format. Based on the practical exploration of the development strategy of Shaanxi Coal Group,the four paths of high-quality development of coal industry are summarized as follows: top-level design,modern coal economic system,clean and low-carbon,and full-scale industry chain innovation,adapt to the trend,and innovate the industry development mode.
