摘要
选煤厂三维设计成果利用及信息化、智能化建设是目前选煤厂设计及生产的一个重大课题。文章以张家峁选煤厂三维演示及控制系统为例,介绍说明了三维演示及控制系统的主要功能及用途,探讨了选煤厂三维智能化建设的可行性。该平台将选煤厂三维设计成果与实际生产相结合,完成了三维信息基础平台的搭建,实现了选煤厂内多个现有控制系统的整合,提升了设备及设施的全生命信息管理能力,为选煤厂信息化及智能化建设提供了高效的三维信息承载平台。
The application of 3D coal preparation plant design achievement and the information and intelligent construction is a major issue in current design and production of coal preparation plant. In this paper,we analyze and summarize the main functions and applications of the three dimensional demonstration and control system based on the system deployed in Zhangjiamao Coal Preparation Plant. This system completes the construction of a 3D information foundation platform by combining the 3D design achievement of the coal preparation plant with actual production,and it realizes the integration of multiple existing control systems in the coal preparation plant,and improves the life-long information management capabilities of the equipment and facilities,which provides an efficient three-dimensional information bearing platform for the informationization and intelligent construction of coal preparation plants.
