安山煤矿软岩巷道底鼓机理及控制技术 被引量:14

摘要 为了有效控制吸水膨胀性软岩巷道的底鼓,以安山煤矿31煤四盘区主运大巷为研究对象,以载荷作用和水理作用为综合影响因素分析了巷道的底鼓机理,提出了卸压槽防治底鼓的措施。利用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件,研究了不同深度切槽下的巷道围岩应力分布与位移情况,进一步确定了卸压槽参数。研究表明采用切槽卸压减缓了巷道帮角应力集中效应,使得底板垂直应力向深部转移,卸压槽壁的挠曲变形吸收了底板的变形量。现场实践证明采用的卸压槽和卸压参数能有效控制巷道底鼓。 In order to effectively control floor heave of water-absorption-expansion soft rock roadway,we analyzed floor heave mechanism based on double factors of loading and water conditioning. Pressure-relief groove was used to control floor heave.The stress distribution and displacement of roadway surrounding rock at different depth of pressure-relief were studied using FLAC3D software,and the pressure-relief groove parameters are further determined. The research shows that,adoption of pressure-relief groove reduces stress concentration effect of roadway angle and transfers vertical stress of the floor to deep. The flexure deformation of the diaphragm wall of pressure-relief groove absorbs the floor deformation. Field application has proved that the proposed pressure-relief groove and parameters can control floor heave effectively.
