绿色矿山固体废物减量化理念探讨

Thoughts on the Reduction of Solid Wastes in Green Mine Construction

"减量化"是绿色矿山建设的重要内容,但提出若干年来,仅以"孤岛"名词存在,未形成系统的生产全覆盖的意识。文章介绍了减量化理念的内涵,针对煤炭领域主要固废物,从矸石减量化和煤泥减量化两个方面介绍了其实现途径,提出应在生产全过程推广减量化,并将这一广义减量化理念应用于绿色矿山建设。

'Reduction'is an important part of the construction of green mines.However,after its proposition for several years,the concept still exists as a term without systematic application in the whole production process.In view of the main solid wastes(gangue,coal slime)in the field of coal production,in this paper we introduce the approaches to realize the reduction in production,and propose to promote the concept of reduction in the whole production process,and apply this generalized reduction concept to the construction of green mines.
