大直径反井钻井穿越特殊地层关键施工技术研究 被引量:12

摘要 反井钻井具有机械化程度高、施工速度快、安全性好等特点,采用反井钻井建设接替采区通风立井时能够充分利用矿井井下已有巷道和生产系统,机械破岩相较于凿岩爆破岩石扰动程度低且井帮稳定性好,以及有利于矿山开采和闭坑后的保护环境的优势。地层条件是决定大直径反井钻井施工是否顺利进行的重要影响因素之一。根据拟建采区风井的地质条件和井筒设计要求,确定了具体的反井钻井装备及相关参数,提出了反井钻井穿越特殊地层施工的技术难点;给出了反井钻井基础平台修筑和采用预注浆技术加固不稳定地层的具体关键技术;通过通风和降温技术的实施,实现了反井钻井成功穿越含瓦斯煤层,为反井钻井建设接替采区通风立井提供了借鉴。 Raise boring has the advantages of high mechanization,fast construction and good safety.When using the raise boring construction to replace the ventilation shaft in the mining area,the existing roadway and production system in the underground mine can be fully utilized.The mechanical rock breaking phase has lower disturbance intensity than the blasting rock,and the shaft support stability is good.It is conducive to the protection of the environment after mining and closed pits.The formation conditions are one of the important factors that determine whether the large diameter raise boring construction is going smoothly.According to the geological conditions of the proposed ventilating shaft and the design requirements of the shaftbore,specific raise boring equipment and related parameters were determined.Technical difficulties in the construction of raise boring through special strata are proposed.The key technologies for the construction of the raise boring foundation platform and the use of pre-grouting technology to reinforce unstable formations are given.Through the implementation of ventilation and cooling technology,the raise boring has successfully passed through the gas-bearing coal seam.It provides a reference for the construction of reverse shaft drilling to replace the ventilation shaft in the mining area.
