摘要
特大型煤矿主井提升系统工程设计配套技术成功应用于红庆河煤矿主井提升系统项目,且在5×6内装式塔式9000kW提升机、交-直-交变频控制系统、容量50t特大型箕斗、15. 18m/s的最快提升速度、高速稳罐技术、箕斗更换便捷技术、高承载力的井筒装备、大直径9. 5m井筒冻结井壁减薄理论等技术方面进行首创,完成红庆河煤矿主井提升能力1500万t/a巨大目标,成为煤矿建设史上的一次大的跨越,解决了约束特大型立井工程项目建设的核心难题,为提升技术进一步发展奠定坚实基础,为我国类似矿井的设计和建设积累了经验,对特大型煤矿井工开采提供了新思路。
Extra-large mine main shaft lifting system engineering design supporting technology has been successfully applied to the main shaft of Hongqinghe lifting system project,in which a lot of theory and technology are initiated,such as the 5×6 builttower 9000 k W hoist,AC-DC-AC frequency control system,50 t capacity extra-large skip,the maximum lifting speed of15.18 m/s,high-speed tank stabilizing technology,skip replacement technology,high capacity of wellbore equipment,9.5 m diameter borehole wall thinning theory,etc.The hoisting capacity of 15 Mt/a is achieved,the core constraints of large-scale vertical shaft project construction is solved.The project has laid a solid foundation for further technological development,accumulated experience in the design and construction of similar mines in China and provided new ideas for the mining of extralarge mines.
