摘要
在矿井的主排水系统中,排水高度超千米,涌水量巨大,水温高,矿井涌水有腐蚀性等均为排水设计的恶劣工况,尤其是在数个恶劣工况并存的条件下,设计中要考虑和注意的问题很多。文章针对类似复杂条件下主排水系统设计中需要考虑或注意的问题进行了探讨。主要探讨了水泵选型怎么考虑高水温、高海拔、腐蚀性水质、电机功率等因素的影响;对吸程影响很大的情况下,怎么考虑排水系统的设计;在总排水功率很大的情况下,泵房散热问题的考虑及设计方案;以及系统排水管路数量确定,管路系统的设计要考虑的因素等。文章以数个恶劣工况并存的新庄矿为例,对相关问题考虑后的系统设计进行了论述。
In the design of main mine drainage system,there are many problems that need to be considered and noted,when the drainage height is over 1000 m,the water inflow is large,the water temperature is high,and the water in the mine is corrosive,especially when several poor working conditions coexist.In this paper,the author discusses the influence of high water temperature,high altitude,corrosive water quality,motor power and other factors in the selection of water pump;the design of the drainage system when the suction stroke has a great influence;the pump room heat dissipation under large total water drainage power;the number of drainage pipelines,and the factors to be considered in the design of the pipeline system.Xinzhuang Mine is taken as an example,where several severe working conditions coexists,and the system design is analyzed after considering relevant issues.
