深部高瓦斯煤层大巷揭煤区域防突技术 被引量:4

Outburst Prevention Technology for Main Roadway Coal Uncovering in Deep High Coal Seam

摘要 针对顾北矿南翼轨道大巷揭煤问题进行了区域性防突技术与应用研究。首先由巷道掘进工作面向前方钻孔,探测工作面前方煤岩体赋存情况;其次通过监测瓦斯压力和瓦斯含量及煤体强度的方法对煤体的突出危险性进行了预测,确定了巷道工作面前方煤体为突出煤体;提出了地面与井下联合洗煤的区域防突技术,对顾北矿南翼轨道大巷进行了消突,并对区域消突效果进行了检验,最终顺利实施了大巷揭煤。研究结果表明,地面和井下联合洗煤区域防突技术,有效地防止了煤与瓦斯突出现象的发生,具有较高的社会效益和推广应用价值。 Aiming at the coal uncovering problems in south wing main rail-tunnel of Gubei Coal Mine,regional outburst prevention technology and application research are carried out.Firstly,boreholes are drilled in front of the roadway to detect the occurrence of coal and rock mass in front of the roadway.Secondly,the risk of coal body outburst is predicted by monitoring gas pressure,gas content and coal strength.The coal body in front of the roadway is determined to be outburst coal body.The regional outburst prevention technology of combined surface-underground water-pressure coal body weakening is put forward,which is used for rail-tunnel and return air way.The outburst elimination of roadway is carried out,and the effect of regional outburst elimination is tested.Finally,the roadway coal uncovering was successfully implemented.The coal and gas outburst is prevented with the regional outburst prevention technology using the combined surface-underground water-pressure coal body weakening.The technology can provide research basis for similar engineering problems,high social benefits and application value.
