基于采空区模拟的错层位外错式巷道位置选择研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究错层位外错式巷道布置法中下区段沿底巷道位置选择问题,首先通过理论计算对302工作面的顶煤应力分区进行划分。采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对采空区进行充填模拟计算,并以此为基础对错层位工作面开挖后垂直应力及塑性区分布情况进行分析,最后综合考虑理论计算及采空区充填处理的数值模拟计算结果,确定下区段沿底巷道水平错距为3m。结合错层位外错式所具有的空间位置关系提出区段间相邻巷道联合支护方案,并采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对实验结果进行验证,最终结果认为该巷道布置及支护方案有利于减少煤柱留设尺寸,提高资源回收率,同时可以对区段间相邻巷道起到良好的控制作用。 In order to research the problem of the roadway layout on the condition of external-misaligned stagger arrangement,according to the research status of domestic gob-side entry driving,the top coal stress division of 302 working face was divided by theoretical calculation.The FLAC3 D numerical simulation software is used to simulate the filling of the goaf,and based on this,the vertical stress and plastic zone distribution after the excavation of the working face are analyzed.Finally,considering the theoretical calculation and the numerical simulation results of the filling process in the goaf,the horizontal offset of the lower section along the bottom roadway is determined to be 3 m.Joint space support relationship between adjacent roadways is proposed by combining the spatial positional relationship of the wrong layer.The experimental results are verified by FLAC3D numerical simulation software.The final result is that the roadway layout and support scheme is beneficial to reduce the size of the coal pillars,improve the resource recovery rate,and at the same time,it can control the adjacent roadway between the sections.
