摘要
针对兴无矿进风立井施工需穿过深厚、松软、复杂的不稳定回填土层,提出了'吊挂井壁+井圈+钢板桩加固'综合施工法,分析了该综合施工方法的施工原理,并采取了一系列针对性措施,解决了立井井筒回填土段开挖支护施工难度大、易下沉等难题,确保安全、快速地通过不稳定表土层(回填土层),保证了施工的安全、质量和效率,对今后类似立井井筒工程施工有一定借鉴意义。
In view of the deep,soft and complex unstable backfill soil layer needed for the construction of intake shaft in Xingwu Mine,the construction method of'hanging shaft wall+shaft ring+steel sheet pile reinforcement'is put forward,the construction principle of this construction method is analyzed,and a series of pertinent measures are adopted to solve the problems in excavation and support of shaft backfill section,which is difficult to construct and easy to sink.It ensures safe and rapid passage through unstable surface soil layer(backfill soil layer)to ensure the safety,quality and efficiency of construction.It has certain reference significance for similar shaft construction in the future.
