摘要
针对西部地区煤矿围岩承载力低,锚喷支护难以有效控制围岩变形,巷道返修率居高不下等问题,在新上海一号煤矿113082轨道巷施工中,拟采用'钢带、锚杆索支护+反底拱'支护方案。基于围岩松动圈理论,确定了巷道松动圈的厚度及锚杆长度;基于关键部位支护原理,确定了锚索的长度、位置及排距;基于滑移线理论和塑性极限分析法,确定了反底拱锚杆的长度及间距。数值模拟结果表明,该方案能够改善围岩应力状态;现场实施后,该方案可以有效控制巷道围岩变形,保证了煤矿安全生产。
The surrounding rock capacity of coal mine roadway in the western region is low,and it is difficult to effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock by bolting and shotcreting support,leading to frequent repair of roadway.In the construction of 113082 track mining roadway in New Shanghai No.1 Coal Mine,it is proposed to adopt steel strip,anchor cable support and inverted arch support scheme.Based on the theory of surrounding rock loose ring,the thickness of the roadway loose ring and the length of the bolt are determined.Based on the key part support principle,the length,position and row spacing of the anchor cable are determined.Based on the slip line theory and plastic limit analysis method,the length and spacing of inverted arch bolt are determined.The numerical simulation shows that the scheme can improve the stress state of the surrounding rock;according to the implementation conditions,surrounding rock deformation of the roadway is under control and the coal mine safe production is ensured.
